1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service, submitting a form, or completing a deposit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Booking & Payment Policy.
2. Services Provided
SunnySpark Cleaning Services provides professional services including residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and car detailing.
All services are performed based on the scope agreed upon during consultation. Any additional services requested may result in adjusted pricing.
3. Booking & Payment Policy
Deposit Requirement
A 20% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
This deposit is applied toward your final balance.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due immediately after service completion.
Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, bank transfer, and card (processing fees may apply).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late or same-day cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice.
Deposits will transfer to the new date subject to availability.
4. Residential & Commercial Cleaning Terms
Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.
Failure to provide access may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
Preparation Requirements
Clients should remove clutter to allow effective cleaning, secure fragile or high-value items, and ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available.
Scope of Work
Cleaning services are limited to the agreed scope during booking.
Additional requests outside the scope may require additional charges.
Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours.
We may offer a re-clean at our discretion.
Liability (Cleaning Services)
SunnySpark Cleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, items not securely fastened, or damage due to improper installation or aging materials.
5. Car Detailing Terms
Vehicle Condition
Clients must disclose any existing damage such as scratches, dents, or stains, as well as any mechanical or electrical issues.
Personal Belongings
All personal items must be removed prior to service.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
Service Limitations
Deep stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable.
Results vary based on vehicle condition.
Liability (Car Detailing)
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or delicate surfaces, or damage resulting from prior repairs or modifications.
6. Payment & Chargebacks
By completing payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve any issue.
7. Communication & SMS Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive booking confirmations, appointment reminders, service-related updates, customer support communications, and occasional promotional offers.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

8. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
